Service and Process

Post-Renovation Dust Removal

01 What does your post-renovation cleaning service include?

The agreed scope may include True HEPA-filtered vacuuming, detailed cleaning of surfaces and fixtures, attention to trim, ledges, vents and difficult areas, next-day detailing and a final professional air sweep.

02 Will post-renovation cleaning remove all fine dust?

Our process is specifically designed to remove widespread fine renovation dust from accessible surfaces and difficult areas. No responsible company should promise that every microscopic particle can be eliminated, but specialized equipment and detailed methods provide a much deeper result than ordinary cleanup.

03 How long does post-renovation cleaning take?

Most post-renovation cleaning projects are completed over two days. This allows time for fine dust to settle after the initial cleaning so it can be removed during the final detailed cleaning, leaving your space clean, dust-free and ready for move-in.

04 What is a True HEPA filter and why is it important?

A True HEPA filter is designed to capture 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including much of the fine dust created during renovations. Unlike ordinary vacuum filters, which can allow microscopic dust to pass through and be blown back into the air, True HEPA filtration traps these fine particles inside the filter. This helps reduce airborne renovation dust and is an essential part of effective post-renovation cleaning.

05 What happens when dust resettles overnight?

Many projects include next-day re-cleaning and detailing of dust that resettles overnight. This is built into the planned cleaning process.

Pricing and Scheduling

Planning Your Cleaning

06 How much does post-renovation cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the property, dust level, condition, access and the agreed scope of work. A free on-site assessment allows us to evaluate the project and provide clear pricing based on its actual needs.

07 When should I schedule the cleaning?

Schedule after renovation work, final repairs and contractor punch-list items are complete. Major tools, materials and construction debris should be removed before the specialized cleaning begins.

08 How long does cleaning after a renovation take?

The timeframe depends on the property and the amount of dust and detailing required. Many projects span more than one day so surfaces can be re-cleaned after airborne dust has had time to resettle.

09 Is the on-site estimate really free?

Yes. The assessment is free and carries no obligation. We use the visit to review the condition, explain the proposed process and provide pricing based on the actual scope.
